Our Mission Statement:
We the people of the Medford United Methodist Church, empowered by the Holy Spirit, guided by the example of Jesus Christ, and in partnership with the global United Methodist Church, believe that our primary task is to reach out and receive all people, accepting them as they are. We will provide a setting that will enable people to be in a relationship with God by providing ways for growth in their faith, sending them out to live as disciples of Jesus Christ, and supporting their commitment to serve.
Active Ministries:
Nurture: Combination of traditional and contemporary worship
Witness: Sunday Morning Adult Bible Study, Sunday School (kids preschool to grade 7th), Vacation Bible School (Summer), Scheduled evening spirtual and/or Bible Studies, Confirmation Studies (kids in grade 8th), Card Ministry, Meal Ministry
Outreach: "Walk to Bethlehem", Quarterly Mission and/or Community Projects, Beds for Christ, Local Food Pantry
Keenagers: Social group for anyone 50+ years old
UMW Twilight and Afternoon Circles: Women committed to mission work, locally, nationally, and internationally
